We've been busy since the last release of RecruitmentWorx and thought we'd keep you updated on what's been happening and what's to come in the next release - Version 2.0.4.
We're introducing some great new features to improve usability and enhance tracking functions along with the creation of a new publishing platform "RecruitmentWorx360" to support vacancy adverts (including social media sharing, statistics capture & application processing) and public candidate profiles to aid in agency branded CV creation & distribution.
RecruitmentWorx360, along with a few other features, will be piloted by a number of clients in due course.
Our current infrastructure is being enhanced to supplement our ever growing user base and the next release will include a number of client requested developments to deliver on our commitment to product improvement to support your ever evolving needs.
RecruitmentWorx is Growing!
We've seen a healthy increase in subscriptions in the first quarter of 2016 and we'd like to extend a warm welcome to all of our new users.

A number of factors such as Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) improvements to www.recruitmentworx.com, the Customer Referral Scheme, good customer service and improvements to system functionality have contributed to product growth although it is important to note that our strategy has always been focused on client retention and ensuring a reliable and relevant product to support your recruiter needs.
So with that in mind, we're always happy to hear of any issues (no matter how small), queries or suggestions for product improvement you may have via the help desk (support@recruitmentworx.com). As we always say - we can't promise to deliver everything that everyone asks for but we will always consider every request that comes our way!
Released in January 2016, our Customer Referral Scheme is now in full flight with clients benefiting from reduced licence costs. Don't forget to pass on referral shares via social media channels using the “Refer A Friend†button at the top of your dashboard and you could be saving up to 50% off your user licence subscription costs each month.
Further information can be found on our dedicated customer referral scheme page.
Ensuring Solid Foundations
As part of our on-going investment into RecruitmentWorx and to supplement anticipated growth in Q2/Q3 of 2016, we are currently in the process of increasing the capabilities of our network infrastructure in order to ensure that RecruitmentWorx will continue to meet the increased demand of our rapidly growing client base.
